Terms and Conditions

1. Privacy and Data Protection

• SuperShield is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information or course-related results with any outside party.
• We collect and store information necessary for course registration, progress tracking and communications with your Company executive regarding your performance during the course and with regard to the results of the simulated phishing attempts. This information is securely managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

2. Course Participation

• SuperShield's cyber training course educates staff members on avoiding phishing fraud. The course includes an initial survey, lessons, multiple-choice tests, and regular and ongoing simulated phishing attacks.
• After completing the course, participants will occasionally be subjected to (safe) simulated phishing attacks to assess their ability to recognize, ignore and report such phishing attempts.
• If a participant clicks on a 'suspicious' link during a simulated attack, they will be required to review the course material and then write and pass another online test within 48 hours.

3. Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they complete the course requirements, including tests and simulated phishing exercises.
• SuperShield is not liable for any consequences resulting from a participant's failure to meet course requirements or for any actual breaches of security from real-world phishing attempts occurring after course completion.

4. Confidentiality and Course Material Usage

• All course content and materials are confidential and proprietary to SuperShield. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, download, electronically save, photocopy or share actual course materials without explicit written consent from SuperShield.
• Permission is hereby given for participants to share the knowledge gained during the course with friends and family, provided that this sharing does not involve sharing or distributing the actual course materials.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• SuperShield may update these terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to participants online, before login.
